Delivery & Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Golf Store Pro Limited you may return new unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, the return postage costs and any import costs that we incur (orders from the EU) will be covered by you. Refunds will be issued to the original purchase method. ie if you paid by credit card the refund will go back onto the same card.
If you wish to cancel your order or return your items please contact us in writing or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. Returned goods must be returned to Golf Store Pro Limited, 12e Sawrey Street, The Octagon, Plymouth, Devon, PL1 3LA
Golf Store Pro reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as special or custom orders, custom clubs, assembled or altered components, personalized items and media (e.g. books, video, software, etc.). Free goods, received as part of a promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Please note all prices displayed are including VAT, Non UK customers will have UK tax removed at checkout, customers from outside the UK will pay import tax upon entry into their country. Note: Non UK tax is NOT charged by Golf Store Pro Ltd.
Custom built golf shafts are a personalized product and, due to their custom nature, are not eligible for return or refund. This includes the shaft, grip, and adjustable tip/ferrule if applicable.
Warranties are valid within 12 months of purchase and only include gripped-and-tipped shafts. Warranties include a replacement part or parts and must be approved by Golf Store Pro. It does not cover damage that occurs due to misuse or mishandling. This warranty also does not apply to grips.
Shafts that are tipped, trimmed, or altered in any way (including adaptors that are pulled) after receipt of the shaft are not eligible for warranties.
